Jeffrey L. Stouffer
Jeffrey Stouffer is the Principal of Mercantile Advisors LLC, bringing four decades of experience in financial services. His expertise centers on asset management, liability management, and risk management, supported by a diversified, multi-structure business model.
Throughout his career, Jeff has built and led advisory solutions across RIAs, insurance agencies, CTAs, and direct exchange platforms, including the management of hedged portfolios and separately managed digital asset accounts. He holds the CFP® designation, CAIA®, and CBDA®, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.
Jeff applies his broad skill set to solve complex client challenges and presents thoughtful, “outside-the-box” strategies when traditional approaches fall short. He enjoys delivering innovative solutions that align risk, opportunity, and long-term client goals.
